I don't normally write reviews - but service was so amazing I had to. Had a problem and called at 8:45 am and received a reply within 20 min. Talked to Valerie in the office about 10:40 am and she had Walter at my door by 11:10 am. You just don't see that anymore. Walter was extremely professional and safe (COVID-19 mask/gloves etc.) and very knowledgeable. Had my problem diagnosed and corrected by noon. You just don't see this level of customer service anymore. Great communication, great service start to finish.



Definitely my go-to electrician from now on.

I just hired him on Monday to install parking lot post lights as well as lighting building offices. He is clean (!!!), professional, friendly, and very reasonable. He even worked in the rain!

Walter from Watts Control is an excellent electrician and Energy Specialist. We feel he is honest and thorough. We were looking to save on our electrical bill, and he installed several good-looking high efficiency lamps, replaced our thermostat, and managed to get us rebates from the State. He specifically told me to call him if anything went wrong with his installations AND didn't bill me for two weeks in case something did go wrong. Highly recommended.

I recently used Watts Control and had a good experience with them. They were on time, professional, and courteous. Their prices were in between everybody else, but I was confident with their service, which is a good thing with electricity, I suppose!

I live in Wellesley, MA. After several electricians tried to figure out a circuit breaker tripping, I called Walter from Watts Control I called him and he came out the same day. Repaired the problem in minutes! I was very happy with him. He was referred to me by a neighbor.
